I was listening to Pandora Radio which I find is excellent. I do know I had to sign up and I did post my findings here. I gather from a short time on the site, that Pandora has many specialized radio stations that can be listened to for “free”.
In a comment on that post, someone left information about Grooveshark. I don’t know if they are “radio stations” but I do know I was able to go to the site and listen to music without signing up. I don’t know anything about it other than I did listen to that song.
I do know they have a login, but this login could be for the pay version which removes some ads.
I gather that grooveshark is music, unlimited, and Pandora is radio stations. Possibly Pandora has the option to select music and not just the radio stations but I don’t have this information. I only listen to the radio there, for “free”.
I did search for a song on Grooveshark and was able to play the song I searched for without signing anything. This is a big plus for those not wishing to sign up for things on the internet.
I would like to know more about both of these sites, or new sites if anyone wishes to let others know about them.
I am always looking for “free” things that are actually “free”. In most cases things are only free after you make some sort of purchase of commitment. This isn’t the case with either of these because you have to buy nothing.
Even if you have to sign up, there is no financial obligation with a minimal of inconvenience. Please let us know about any “free” things regardless of what it is. I am not interested in things that require any sort of financial obligation so information about anything of that nature will be deleted.
I do know there are free TV and movies available. I haven’t found any of those sites that I consider “user friendly” but would be interested if anyone knows of any.
