New Authors

I am looking for contributors, authors, or anyone that has any information about anything that has happened or is happening in Maine.

My idea is, that the Maine people that witness events, just might be able to provide information on issues and events in Maine as they actually happened. The cynical side of me says that the media as often as not, doesn’t really give us the accuracy in reporting events that they really should provide.

Therefore, I offer anyone the opportunity to give their side of anything that happens in Maine.

Also welcome are links to events and issues affecting Mainers.

I constantly hear people talking to their friends about changes and discontent about things that are happening in Maine. This is a chance to air your views where some people can see how you feel.

How many people depends on those that find this site. Whether it be through links on other pages, or just telling friends.

I welcome all but naturally there are restrictions on offensive language and the like. I just want this to be a “News Site for Mainers, by Mainers”.

I should also add, that people from anywhere in America are welcome. Generally what happens in one part of the country, sooner or later spreads to the rest.
